Revolutionizing Food Safety… Through Innovation

Current food processing methods fail to adequately protect the public from foodborne diseases. Government and private studies provide strong indications that consumers have food safety on their minds. Consumers expect a greater degree of food safety and over half believe that not enough is being done for their protection. Consumers have demonstrated their willingness to pay a premium for an increase in food safety and with iPura™ the entire distribution chain can profit by giving consumers what they want.

GFT’s strategic plans and marketing strategy are targeted at initiating cleaner food at the source (food processors) and conveying the financial and public health benefits of cleaner and safer food. GFT will aggressively promote the iPuraTM brand utilizing an extensive media and educational campaign focusing on the health and economic benefits of iPura™ treated products and the increased profit margins available to the entire distribution chain. GFT has entered into a $54 million dollar media agreement with its strategic partner NewsUSA. The agenda includes regular distribution of feature articles in the U.S. to over 10,000 newspapers, news, wire services, and radio spots to more than 6,000 radio stations, over a 24-month period. GFT’s marketing campaign begins with “Ask Your Grocer for iPura™”.

With the successful execution of its strategic plans, Global Food Technologies will become a food industry leader, and an investor favorite.

Opportunities In Food Safety

Each year the world processes over 700 billion pounds of seafood, poultry and meat products while faced with a global food safety crisis. The negative impact on consumers, companies, and economies worldwide is growing at an exponential rate. The U.S. Center for Disease Control estimates that 25% of America’s citizens are stricken with some form of food poisoning annually. These 76 million food poisoning cases result in 325,000 hospitalizations and more than 5,000 deaths in America each year. The U.S. Economic Research Service estimates that medical and productivity costs related to food contamination in the United States total nearly $7 billion dollars annually. An extrapolation of government estimates calculate over 1.6 billion cases of food poisonings, 6.9 million hospitalizations and over 100,000 deaths with annual worldwide medical and productivity costs surpassing $140 billion dollars per year. While it is the desire of Global Food Technologies to produce substantial profits for its shareholders, our primary mission is to save lives and prevent unnecessary illness. Our founders are committed to advancing the Company’s technologies in hopes of generating food quality standards never before achieved. Global Food Technologies is dedicated to creating a safer and healthier environment for our children and families throughout the world.
