James Bouskos |

Chairman |

| |
|
Mr. Bouskos is a business and political consultant
with a long track record of successful business
development. Mr. Bouskos has founded many successful
businesses in several sectors, including
international trade, restaurant and entertainment,
emergency services, real estate development, and
title insurance. He also owned and operated
Continental Markets, Northern California’s first
modern day, super-sized supermarkets.
Mr. Bouskos is highly successful in the public sector. In 1982, he was appointed to the Commission on California State Government Organization and Economy (also known as the “Little Hoover Commission”) where he served as Vice-Chairman until his retirement from the Commission in 1987. During his tenure, he oversaw studies, which established a new management system for the State’s real property holdings, revised its cash management system, and prompted extensive reform of the nursing home board and care industry.
In 1988, Mr. Bouskos was appointed by the Mayor of San Francisco to the San Francisco Port Commission, which oversees the maritime, commercial, and public operations of San Francisco’s waterfront. He served as both Vice President and President of the Commission. Upon his retirement from the Commission in May 1992, Mr. Bouskos received the first ever award by the San Francisco Human Rights Commission to a city commissioner for generating opportunities for minority- and women-owned businesses. The Port Commission and the Mayor of San Francisco also awarded him the Order of Maritime Merit with the rank of Commander for his distinguished service on the Port Commission, and contributions to the maritime industry. He is also credited with implementing the Embarcadero Plan, which completely renovated the Embarcadero and created Pacific Bell Park, home of the S.F. Giants.
Mr. Bouskos attended Foothill College and California State University Fresno, where he majored in English Literature. He served a six -year term in the Coast Guard Reserve and received an honorable discharge.
As Chairman and CEO, Mr. Bouskos develops primary corporate goals, operating plans, policies, and short- and long-range objectives for the organization. He also directs and coordinates activities to achieve profit and return on capital, establish organizational structure and delegate authority to subordinates while leading the organization towards its stated objectives. Additionally, Mr. Bouskos will represent the Company to the financial community, major customers, government agencies, shareholders, and the public. |

Keith Meeks |

Mr. Meeks has been
a driving force behind GFT from its inception in
2000. Under his guidance, GFT has assembled a
solid senior management team, expanded the
corporate presence in the U.S. and established
GFT offices in South America and Asia, as well
as developed a strategic relationship in the
United Kingdom. Mr. Meeks’ leadership has led
the company to its current position where it is
now poised to commercialize globally its
proprietary technology.
In addition to assembling an experienced
management team, he has articulated the
company’s vision to industry and the financial
community and has been a motivating force for
company employees. As President, Mr. Meeks will
not only carry the company’s vision and message,
but will be responsible for the development and
execution of GFT’s strategic plans and for
working together with the Company’s CEO,
Directors, Management, Consultants and Advisors
to achieve Company goals and objectives.
Keith started his career in the financial
services industry in 1980 with New York Life
Insurance Company before founding a financial
services company. Earning the use of the
Certified Financial Planner designation from the
College of Financial Planners, Keith was the
winner of numerous industry awards, including
the designation of Life Membership in the
International Million Dollar Round Table
Association (MDRT).
In the financial planning industry, Keith honed
his professional skills and has applied those
skills to assist both industry and individuals
in problem solving and strategic financial
development and execution of plans.
In addition to financial planning, Mr. Meeks is
highly skilled in communications, risk
assessment & risk management, business
development and execution of plans.
As President, Mr. Meeks is responsible for
running the Company on a day-to-day basis and is
the drive behind the Company’s sales and
marketing teams. Because of his knowledge,
experience, leadership and motivation, Mr. Meeks
is well suited as President of Global Food
Technologies. |

Mr. Sparks is a financial executive with extensive experience in the development of technology-based businesses. He has founded and capitalized numerous companies, taking them from the development to the commercial stage involving operations, financial reporting, and capital formation. He has facilitated and conducted 5 IPO’s, 5 venture capital transactions, 15 M&A transactions and 6 strategic partnering arrangements. The companies taken public were Internet Ventures, Inc., a regional internet service provider, STAAR Surgical, Inc. an innovator in intraocular lenses, Vision Sciences, Inc., an integrated developer of lens casting systems, Luther Medical Products, Inc. a developer of intravenous catheter systems and VLI Corporation, a developer of contraceptives. He received his CPA from the State of California and earned his BS and MBA from the University of California Berkeley.
As CFO, Marshall directs the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the organization; oversees treasury, accounting, budget, tax and audit activities of GFT and oversees financial and accounting system controls and standards while ensuring timely financial and statistical reports for management and/or Board use.

Patricio Madariaga |

|
Patricio Madariaga has over 25 years of
experience in international market research,
strategic development, sales and marketing. He
pioneered ProChile, the highly successful
Chilean export promotion center, and opened
their first foreign office, in New York. After
five years working to promote Chilean products
overseas, the Chilean government appointed Mr.
Madariaga as Senior Trade Commissioner for the
West Coast of the United States, and then as
Consul General of Chile, headquartered in Los
Angeles, CA.
Before pioneering ProChile and his appointment
by the Chilean Government, Mr. Madariaga was
Sales and Marketing Director and General Manager
for the General Tire and Rubber Company (USA),
where he managed all of its South American
operations.
Mr. Madariaga received his Business
Administration Degree from the Universidad de
Chile and Universidad Central de Venezuela, and
completed his international business education
at California State University, Northridge. Mr.
Madariaga is fluent in several languages.
Prior to joining Global Food Technologies, Mr.
Madariaga formed a Santiago, Chile-based
international business consultant and factory
representative organization that worked with a
number of US-based manufacturers conducting
market research, developing market entry
strategies, researching and negotiating with
potential business partners, planning and
executing market entry strategies, managing
their local business processes, and developing
and building sales networks in the Latin
American markets.
Patricio is responsible for the day-to-day
operational activities, communicating with
various governments, academic and private
organizations, developing sales activities,
identifying potential strategic partners and
providing customer service. |

Mr. Tetsuka
manages GFT operations in Japan and China. While
splitting his time between Tokyo and Beijing he
develops business with food processor in China
and consumers in Japan.
Mr. Tetsuka has received degrees from
universities in Japan, Canada, Taiwan and the
United States, which includes an M.S. in
Business Management at University of California
in Los Angeles. Mr. Tetsuka speaks fluent
Mandarin Chinese, Japanese and English.
Mr. Tetsuka has over twenty years experience in
international business and law. From 2002 to
2005, he was the Senior Partner in Shanghai Guo
Yao & Partners Law Firm in Shanghai, in charge
of Japanese and Taiwanese corporate clients
division. He also served as the Senior Advisor
to the Advisory Committee of City Government of
Yangzhou, China for its City Redevelopment
Project.
Mr. Tetsuka is also President and founder of The
Nature Co., Ltd., in Tokyo, Japan, specializing
in investment in and management of environmental
and medical technologies projects. One of his
projects is a joint venture with Hotai (Taiwan
Toyota) Motors Corporation for a waste recycle
project in Taiwan.
Prior to these achievements, Mr. Tetsuka was
President and founder of U.S. Research, Inc., in
Los Angeles, California, a venture capital
consulting firm specialized in medical and
bio-technologies projects. His clients included
major Japanese companies such as Kikkoman,
Shiseido Cosmetics, Daiichi Pharmaceuticals and
others. |

Anchoring GFT’s Ho
Chi Minh City, Vietnam Office, Mr. Bien brings a
wealth of experience to the company. Mr. Bien
has spent twenty-five years in business and held
senior executive positions with Brown Ferris
Industries, Western Waste Industries, Pacific
Sun (Asia) Limited and Asia United Ltd.
As Vice President of International Sales and
Marketing for numerous firms, Mr. Bien has
extensive experience in International Trade,
Agricultural Equipment, Agriculture and Farm
Technology Support, Personnel Management/ Human
Resources, Finance and Government Contract
Negotiation.
Mr. Bien oversees GFT’s Vietnam Operations and
is responsible for its day-to-day operational
activities, as well as sales and marketing. Mr.
Bien works in close association with the
Vietnamese Association of Seafood Exporting
Producers and GFT’s legal team in HCMC, Vietnam. |

Roger Bennett |

Roger Bennett is
one of the most distinguished practitioners of
technology design, development and transfer and
outsource manufacturing implementation for
high-technology, communications, aerospace and
industrial products.
Mr. Bennett’s corporate experience includes
executive management positions with NASA Jet
Propulsion Laboratories, Bunker-Ramo
Corporation, Dictaphone and Airtronic
International Corporation.. Additionally, he was
a founding partner in a number of
high-technology start-ups during Southern
California’s boom days in the 1990s, including
Santos Technology, Pacific Image Electronics,
and Innovative Sports Technologies, among
others.
He is the founder of Onium Technologies, a
nationally recognized consultancy focusing on
industrial, commercial and defense electronics
product engineering, manufacturing processes and
surface finish technology. Over 25 years, Onium
developed innovative and now widely accepted
approaches for operations, R&D, and
manufacturing programs in numerous
technology-dependent and technology sensitive
markets.
Onium clients include Jaycor, Hughes Aircraft,
GM Delco, SAIC, Quantum Precision Instruments,
Allied Signal, Flexpoint Sensor Systems, and
many others.
Mr. Bennett heads a team of colleagues who have
taken the iPura system from prototype design to
full commercial operations. He directs and
oversees the design, engineering, procurement
and manufacturing of systems that are scalable
and easy to operation and maintain. Mr. Bennett
is developing an international plan to support
rapid growth. |

Cesar Montano is a
highly skilled mechanical engineer and manager
with over 25 years experience in both large
corporations and small entrepreneurial companies
spanning the defense, aerospace, medical device,
and sensor industries. He is an expert in
engineering processes, product design and
analysis, system integration, testing, and
packaging. Mr. Montano possesses a thorough
understanding of quality control issues,
manufacturing operations, product
commercialization, business development and
strategy. He has extensive experience at
building products and organizations from the
ground up.
Mr. Montano is also the co-inventor of multiple
mechanical and electro-mechanical patents, and
the co-author of "Analysis and Test of Ceramic
Substrates for Packaging of Leadless Chip
Carriers," published by The Institute of
Environmental Sciences. Among his many
accomplishments, he designed and supervised the
build of the first spaceborne GPS receiver for
Magnavox Co. He received his B.S. and Masters
Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham
Young Universtity in Provo, Utah. |

Aaron Ormond |

Mr. Ormond has an
extensive educational foundation pulling from
disciplines in biology and microbiology and
joined GFT as part of the laboratory team. He
attended Utah State University, University of
Arizona’s exchange university in Guadalajara,
Mexico, and completed his masters in
microbiology at Idaho State University. During
that period he enjoyed the opportunity to work
in many aspects of research including
characterization of archaea in environmental
samples collected from Yellowstone National Park
using FISH (fluorescene in-situ hybridization),
identification of surface antigens in
Blastomyces dermatititis, and participated in a
joint effort with University of Texas Houston in
a lactoferrin treatment blind study for aleveing
symptoms associated with travelers diarrhea. He
joined GFT in 2003 as the lab manager where he
had the opportunity to design, orchestrate, and
implement the microbial testing regiment,
environmental monitoring programs, cleanroom
sanitation programs, joint venture with Idaho
State University’s data teams, and more.
Currently, Mr. Ormond serves directly under the
CRO and is a member of the Science and
Technology committee for Global Food
Technologies. He is intricately involved in
development of GFT’s proprietary formulations,
Aquaculture project, and directs the laboratory
personnel and operations. He works closely with
the CRO to evaluate the effectiveness of the
company’s prototypes with respect to recipe menu
development, cellular respiration, data
compilation and analysis, etc. In addition Mr.
Ormond is a member in good standing of the
American Society for Microbiology (ASM) and the
American Association for the Advancement of
Science (AAAS). |

Dr. Brandon brings
her expertise in bacterial membranes to Global
Food Technologies to further define the actions
of the BEST systems. She has assisted in writing
several intelligence pieces and GFT’s white
paper for the system. She also is a contributing
member of the Science and Technology committee
where her extensive knowledge and experience in
biochemistry has proved to be an extremely
valuable asset.
Dr. Brandon is a member of the American Society
for Cell Biology (ASCB) and she is currently
Interim Dean, Idaho State University, Arts and
Sciences. In 2003, she was recognized as Idaho
State University Distinguished Master Teacher.
She has been Associate Professor at Idaho State
University, Department of Biological Sciences
and Assistant Professor, Wayne State University
School of Medicine, Departments of Surgery and
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Dr. Brandon
was Postdoctoral Fellow, The Johns Hopkins
University School of Medicine, Department of
Biological Chemistry and, Dr. Brandon received
her Ph.D. in Biochemistry in 1986 from George
Washington University.

received a PhD in Chemistry and Materials
Science from the University of Oregon, an M.S.
in Chemistry from Duquesne University,
Pittsburg, Penn. Dr. Pak is a member of the
American Chemical Society and has significant
research experience with 4 Universities along
with 11 publications and numerous conference
presentations and graduate student

Ronald Calonica
brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to
the GFT sales team. With experience as a large
seafood processor and as a seafood distributor,
the Company benefits from Mr. Calonica contacts
and industry knowledge. He was the Founder and
Director of TSF Internacional S.A. de C.V., a
Mexican Seafood Corp., since 1993. TSF has
offices in Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta and Los
Mochis, Mexico; TSF became one of the fastest
growing American operated Seafood Company’s in
Mexico during the 90’s. Mr. Calonica speaks
Spanish fluently and has successfully negotiated
contracts with government officials, commercial
fisherman, international distributors,
international brokers, seafood processors, etc.,
worldwide for the last twelve years.
Mr. Calonica has been successful in doing
business in Canada, South America, Mexico City
and Guadalajara’s unique Seafood Market, the
US’s Fulton’s Fish Market, New York, New York’s
Frozen Fish Market, Fulton Fish Market Chicago,
Red Chamber Los Angeles, Red Chamber Mexico,
Ocean Gardens, Mexico, and other seafood market
around the world. Mr. Calonica’s seafood
company, TSF Internacional grew to sales of over
$300 million, with 5 divisions, 860 employees, 2
seafood-processing plants, 262 fishing boats and
3 shrimp (aquaculture) farms from 1993 through
2005. In addition, TSF Internacional employs up
to 5000 fishermen during the shrimp season in
Mexico. Mr. Calonica has been involved in
marketing, sales, import/export, international
law, contracts, and business development for
over 25 years. |

Robert Clark |

Mr. Clark received
his degree in Administrative Science from The
Ohio State University with a major in marketing.
He has been involved in the food service
industry for over thirty years. Mr. Clark built
and managed the West Coast sales and
distribution facilities in Menlo Park California
for American Beef Packers, the second largest
meat company in the world. He was responsible
for the marketing of products, as well as the
purchasing, inventory control, managing of
sales, services and personnel. Mr. Clark was
directly responsible for initiating American
Beef Packers business development and
establishing company goals. Mr. Clark was the
sales manager for Monfort of Colorado, the
largest feeder of cattle and lamb in the world.
Mr. Clark has played a major role in the sales,
processing and distribution of meats, seafood
and poultry on the west coast for over 20 years.
Mr. Clark was a founding partner in Cavalli,
Jacobi and Clark, a successful marketing firm
and advertising agency in Palo Alto, California.
The last 10 years he has been a consultant for
the food industry. Clients included: Hyatt,
Starwood and Park Plaza Hotels, Hotel Conchas
Chinas, California Cafes, Continental Markets,
Pillsbury, to name a few. During his career, Mr.
Clark also found the time to own and operate
Palo Alto Meat Co. He was also the owner of six
successful restaurants and is still very active
inside the restaurant industry. Mr. Clark works
with the Company’s public relations and
advertising agencies to gain market support
throughout the food distribution chain. |

David M. Leibowitz |

Shortly after graduating
from college as a football All-American, Mr.
Leibowitz received early business experience in
Tokyo. Mr. Leibowitz speaks fluent Japanese and has
over 15 years experience in international food
processing, food import, food export, food
service distribution, and logistics.
In 1994, Mr. Leibowitz
established M&S Import and Export including retail
and wholesale operations in Japan. Mr. Leibowitz has
long standing business relationships with major
importers, distributors and retail chains in the USA
and Japan.
Mr. Leibowitz has
successfully negotiated with governmental agencies
throughout Southeast Asia for fishing rights and has
overseen procurement from thousands of Asian
vessels. He was instrumental in revolutionizing the
way Ahi tuna is processed and marketed worldwide.
Mr. Leibowitz was in charge of all tuna exports into
the U.S. for Pesca Rich, and a consortium of
Japanese companies with gross annual sales of over 3
billion dollars.
Mr. Leibowitz’ reputation
within the industry, his understanding of
international markets, experience with food
importing and exporting, and entrepreneurial talent
make him a valuable addition to the GFT team. |
